  检查组现场检查了水资源监测能力建设项目工程建设情况,对水质实验室和消防泵房施工脚手架、施工升降机、塔式起重机、临时用电等危险性较大工程部位开展重点检查;实地查看了东海大道院区、国强路院区消防安全情况,对消防控制室、配电房、消防水泵房、职工食堂、办公区等消防重点区域开展了抽查;对南四湖局、沂沭河局落实水利部检查发现问题整改情况进行督导,并深入了解“六项机制”落地见效情况,对做好“五一”期间安全生产工作作出提醒。检查组对发现的问题和管理上的薄弱环节进行了现场或书面反馈。

  检查组强调,各单位要结合实际认真研判“五一”期间安全生产形势特点,进一步压紧压实安全生产主体责任,深入开展淮河水利委员会安全生产治本攻坚三年行动。要纵深推进安全生产风险管控“六项机制”建设,在深化、细化、实化上下功夫,确保“六项机制”落地见效。要持续强化在建工程施工、直管工程运行和院区消防等重点领域安全监管,加强安全监测、风险管控、巡视检查和维修养护,做好应急措施保障,严格执行值班制度和信息报告制度,确保淮河水利委员会安全生产形势持续稳定向好。
